You may use a prescription discount card ("Card") printed or shown from the Site to receive discounts at participating pharmacies. The Card cannot be used with government-funded healthcare programs such as Medicare or Medicaid.

You are responsible for any data or phone charges incurred from accessing the Site.

You may cancel your participation at any time. Upon cancellation, you must stop using the Site and Services. Some sections of these Terms of Use will survive cancellation.

Prescription Discount Card – Not Insurance

The Card offers discounts on certain prescription drugs. You are responsible for paying the pharmacy's final price at the time of purchase. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes.

The Card may be used when prescriptions are not covered by insurance or for family members without coverage. Card savings may not count toward insurance deductibles.

Discounts and availability vary by pharmacy, location, and prescription. You may use the Card at any pharmacy, whether or not you use the discount.

You may use the Card without creating an account. Cards may also be distributed by third-party organizations.

You may cancel your Card or file a complaint by calling 888-495-3181. The Card is administered by MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc.

Your Account

At this time, no account creation is required to use the Services.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site and requesting services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via SMS or email. You understand these are not secure methods and accept the risk.

All legal disclosures and communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements for written notice.

Intellectual Property
